What is your pet policy?

We are dog and cat friendly and even have a dog park for your convenience!

Dog breed restrictions apply - please contact our on-site team for more details.

We do not participate in the Section 8 program at this time.

Are you close to Public Transportation?

Absolutely! There is a Marta bus stop right next to our gate.

Do the apartments come with a washer and dryer?

All of our homes feature washer and dryer connections. If you would like a recommendation for renting a washer and dryer set, please contact our leasing team.

What does it cost to apply?

There is a $50 application fee per applicant over the age of 18 and a $200 administrative fee per apartment.

Are the additional monthly charges mandatory?

Yes, they are part of your lease agreement. We want your experience with us to be enjoyable as well as convenient. For Example: Valet Waste.

What school district are you zoned for?

Our community is in DeKalb County and is zoned for Shadow Rock Elementary School, Redan Middle School, and Redan High School.
